Term. The Company rents to the Occupant a 10’ by 10’ storage space for the primary use of storing a spa. The lease begins on the day of , 2011 and continues on a week to week basis until terminated. The minimum leasing term in one (1) week. Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time by giving the other party written or e-mailed notice of intention to terminate at least three (3) days in advance of the termination.
