This Addendum (this “Addendum”) is attached to and forms a part of the Standard Purchase Agreement dated May 2, 2014 (“Agreement”), by and between JEFFERSON COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. R-1 (“DISTRICT”), and ______________________ COMPANY (“SERVICE PROVIDER” This Addendum may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which may be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute the same instrument. This Addendum supersedes the Agreement by adding to, deleting from and modifying the Agreement as set forth herein. To the extent any such addition, deletion or modification results in any conflict or inconsistency between the Agreement and this Addendum, this Addendum shall govern and the terms of the Agreement which conflict with this Addendum or are inconsistent with this Addendum shall be of no force or effect.
