This Agreement consists of this Key Terms and the version of the Terms and Conditions in use at the date that the first Party signs this Key Terms. Each of ML and Customer confirm that it has read this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms. Unless the context otherwise requires, definitions used in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in the Key Terms. This Agreement shall be legally formed and ML and Customer shall be legally bound when both ML and Customer have signed this Key Terms.
