This Technology Services Agreement is entered into by and between the Panopto entity (“Panopto”) and the customer (“Customer”) identified in the Order Form to which this Agreement is attached, is effective on the latest date such Order Form is executed (“Effective Date”), and incorporates all addenda, amendments, exhibits, schedules, order forms, quotes, and any other documents executed by the parties that make reference to this Technology Services Agreement (collectively, “Agreement”). Panopto agrees to provide, and Customer agrees to accept, the Technology Services based on the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
