(“Footage Firm”, “we” or “us”), owner of the videoblocks.com, graphicstock.com, and audioblocks.com websites, offers digital exchanges for stock media where Footage Firm subscribers, including guests who pay temporary membership fees, (“Members”) and customers and end-users of our Enterprise Sales channel (“Enterprise Customers”) may purchase a license to Content (defined below) provided by contributors like you (the “Platform”). This Platform Contributor Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between you and us regarding our distribution of your Content to our Members.
