This Second Amendment to the Agreement for the Purchase, Implementation, and Maintenance of a Parking Access and Revenue Control System (“PARCS”) for the San José Norman Y. Mineta International Airport (“Agreement”) between the City of San José, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “City” or the “Airport”), and SKIData, Inc., a Delaware Corporation authorized to conduct business in the State of California (hereinafter “Contractor”), is entered into on the date of execution by City (“Effective Date”). Each of City and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
