Key Definitions: In this Agreement, the following capitalized terms have the following meanings, and all other capitalized terms have the meanings set out elsewhere in this Agreement: “Documentation” means end user documentation relating to the Technology provided by VENDOR to MSH in connection with the Project; (b) “Project” means the installation, access and use by MSH and MSH Users of the Technology for the sole purpose of testing and evaluating the Technology as set out in this Agreement;(c) “Project Plan” means a written plan for the Project that is expressly identified in the Cover Page, as revised by the express, written agreement of the Parties in their discretion from time to time; (d) “Technology” means the technology-based services identified and described in the Cover Page or the Project Plan; (e) “MSH Data” means any and all data provided by or on behalf of MSH or a MSH User to any of VENDOR’s personnel in connection with this Agreement or the Project, or created, proc
