Effective August 1, 2016, Arizona State University has adopted the DocuSign virtual system for signing Student Placement Agreements (SPA). DocuSign allows ASU departments to utilize the electronic SPA template provided by the ASU Provost’s Office, which will be automatically routed via email to each authorized signer. This process helps eliminate the need for paper forms and increases turnaround time.
