The current Franchise Agreement between the Town of Foxfield and Public Service Company of Colorado will expire on December 31, 2020. Ms. Hilary Graham from Town Attorney Corey Hoffman’s office has been working on the agreement negotiations with Public Service Company. Attached for your information is a copy of the agreement that she is recommending for approval by the Town of Foxfield. First reading of the Ordinance to approve the agreement will be held on October 15th, 2020.
