THIS MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (Agreement) is made this day of 20 , by and between (Owner) and Armadillo Property Management, Inc. hereinafter called (Manager). Agree to the following: WHEREAS, Owner owns that certain real Property described as (see attached Exhibit A) hereto and those certain improvements, fixtures, and equipment located thereon (collectively the Property); and WHEREAS, Owner desires to have the Manager manage, operate and when requested renew leases for the Property, and the Manager is willing to perform such services on the account of Owner. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants herein contained, the parties agree as follows:
