This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® - Multiple Listing Service (“DABR”), with offices at 1515 S. Main St., Dayton, OH 45409; the real estate brokerage firm identified as “Firm” on the signature page below (“Firm”); the Salespersons affiliated with Firm that are identified on the signature page and in Exhibit A, if any (collectively the “Salesperson Party”); and the individual or business association identified as “Consultant” on the signature page below, if any (“Consultant”).
