This Lease (“Lease”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date as defined herein by the Napa Valley Community College District, a political subdivision of the State of California (“Landlord” or “College”) and the City of St. Helena, a municipal corporation (“Tenant” or “City”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
