The Hospital recognizesthe Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all registered and graduate nurses employed in a nursing capacity for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week by the General Hospital at Ontario, save and except the Assistant Director of Nursing and persons above the rank of Assistant Director of Nursing.
