The Symantec branded CA software program(s) (“Symantec Software”) is provided under the following terms and conditions in addition to any terms and conditions referenced on the CA quote or Order Confirmation or other transaction document (collectively “Transaction Document”) entered into by you and the CA entity (“CA”) through which you obtained the entitlements to the Symantec Software or obtained through an authorized partner (“CA Symantec Partner”). These terms shall be effective from the effective date of such Transaction Document.
