Osmonics will install its cell culture system for its use for a three (3) month period. The system includes the instrumentation to operate a cell culture bioreactor, consisting of a controller, circulation pump, media pump and oxygenator, and the start-up kit. Osmonics will provide training and ongoing consultation. The parties agree that the cell culture instrument is the property of Osmonics and is to be returned at the completion of this agreement.
