This End User License Agreement (“License”) applies to the software product(s) (“Software”) you license from us on a stand-alone basis or as part of hardware devices (“Hardware”) you purchase from us (the Hardware and Software together, the “Product”). This License is a legal agreement between us and the single entity that has licensed the Software (“you”). “F5,” “we,” or “us” refers to the applicable F5 entity as follows: (a) if your primary place of business is located in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa (“EMEA”), the F5 entity is F5 Networks Ltd.; (b) if your primary place of business is located in the Asia-Pacific region (“APAC”), the F5 entity is F5 Networks Singapore Pte Ltd; and (c) if your primary place of business is located in a region outside of EMEA or APAC, the F5 entity is F5, Inc.
