This Single Event Facilities Use Agreement “Agreement” is entered into and effective as of the date of signing by and between the University of Utah, a body politic and corporate of the State of Utah, on behalf of its Marriott Center for Dance “University”, and “The Renter” for the purpose of renting certain portions of the Marriott Center for Dance located upon the University of Utah campus (the “Premises”) to Renter upon the terms set forth herein.
