This document creates a legally binding agreement for Refund of Fees by the Board of Education of School District No. 8 (Kootenay Lake)’s International Programs. This document must be signed by either the student’s Natural Parent/Legal Guardian or upon consent of the student’s Natural Parent/Legal Guardian, by the Agent/Representative who will assume all financial responsibilities with the Kootenay Lake School District.
