Almonrode of The Miller Law Firm, P.C. and Adam Gonnelli of The Sultzer Law Group, P.C.; and (ii) L-3 Communications Corporation, now doing business as and referred to herein as L3Technologies, Inc., including its EOTech division, by and through their counsel.
