THIS RESERVATION AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Agreement”), is made effective this the 19th day of March, 2024 (hereinafter the “Effective Date”), by and between Robert and Leslie Szeliga with principal offices located at 2640 Thompson’s Station Road East, TN 37179 (hereinafter the “Developer/Owner”); and the Town of Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, a municipality duly incorporated, organized, and existing under the laws of the State of Tennessee (hereinafter the “Town”).
