This action is to authorize four consultant services agreements for an annual aggregate not-to- exceed program amount of $5 million for as-needed sanitary sewer engineering design, project management, and other support services. The contracts will augment the Department of Public Works' ability to rapidly carry out various County projects and meet regulatory requirements. They are for a 2-year term with three 1-year extension options.
