In these terms and conditions ‘Centre’ means the Nimrod Community Centre or Youth Arts and Media Centre; ‘The Hirer’ is the person or body to whom the hire of premises is granted; ‘The Trust’ or RCT is the Rowner Community Trust who own and manage the centres.
