This Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you as an individual and Doborog LLC (“Doborog”), a California limited liability company. It governs your access to, conduct in, and other terms and conditions relating to our operation and your use of the interactive experience known as “Bithead Arcade” (the “Game”), which includes: (i) associated software components; (ii) Game play; (iii) graphic and audio elements; (iv) media; (v) the Game’s website (www.bitheadarcade.com) and the Doborog website (www.doborog.com) (the “Sites”); (vi) social components (such as, but not limited to, Game-related on-line communities, forums, user-to-user communication, and chat rooms on itch.io, Discord, Twitch); (vii) printed materials; (viii) associated mobile applications; (ix) virtual resources, goods, and services; (x) online or electronic documentation and; (xi) other elements that may be added from time to time.
