This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is entered into by Alameda County Medical Center, hereinafter named as “ACMC,” and the Union of American Physicians and Dentists hereinafter named as “Union,” as a recommendation to the Board of Trustees of Alameda County Medical Center of those conditions of employment to be in effect during the period of July 1, 2007 through June 26, 2010 for those employees working in the representation units referred to and further described in Section 1 of this Memorandum.
