This End User Agreement (“Agreement") governs the purchase and use of Verkada’s enterprise video surveillance platform for video security (“Software”) and related hardware (“Hardware”) (collectively, the “Products”), between Verkada, Inc. (“Verkada”) and Town of Huntersville, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina, the end customer and user of Verkada’s Products (“Customer”), and is effective as of the date last signed below.
