Provincial Committee meetings which will be reimbursed by the Union. The Hospital will bill the Local Union within a reasonable period of time. Not more than two (2) nurses, from each Bargaining Unit, shall be absent on such leave at the same time and only one (1) part-time nurse, from any nursing unit, shall be entitled to be on a leave of absence for Union business at any one (I) time.
