THIS AFFILIATION AGREEMENT (“Affiliation Agreement”) is entered into as of June 9, 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between Unified School District No. 500, Wyandotte County, State of Kansas, an institution which provides secondary education (“School”), and the University of Kansas Hospital Authority (“Hospital Authority”), a public body corporate and independent instrumentality of the State of Kansas, established by the University of Kansas Hospital Authority Act.
