Evaluation of selected buildings at the Rio Grande State Center and Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center to identify existing power usage, determine needed electrical supply configuration and connection points in order to supply emergency power generation for the buildings. This study and report will be evaluated and followed by an Amendment to this activation to provide full construction documentation for implementation of the recommendations.
