No. 20575786, a company incorporated under the laws of Denmark, located at Edvard Thomsens Vej 14, DK-2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark (“Novartis”) and LyLe, an organization incorporated under the laws of Denmark, located at Banetoften 26, 4700 Næstved, (“Recipient”). Novartis and Recipient may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
