THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is hereby made and entered into this day of May, 2010, by and between Guilford County (“the County Commissioners”) and the Guilford County Board of Education, a county board of education organized and existing pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. §115 C et. Seq. (“the School Board”).
