This Agreement applies only to Joint Accounts and is in addition to the Dorman Customer Agreement. Unless otherwise noted, any Account established pursuant to this agreement shall be a joint account with the following designation of tenancy. (Except where prohibited by applicable law, if no box is checked, the tenancy will be deemed to be Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship)
