This Contract is made and entered into by and between The Embroiderers' Guild of America, Inc., Seminar (Year) (hereinafter referred to as Seminar) and (Teacher Name) (hereinafter referred to as Teacher) and collectively hereinafter referred to as The Parties. This contract provides provisions for both in-person seminars and virtual seminars. Section I addresses in-person seminars only. Section II addresses virtual seminars only. Section III addresses all seminars except where noted. A decision will be made no later than [Month and Year] as to whether the seminar will be held in person or be virtual. All teachers will be notified by email if there is a change in seminar. In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements of The Parties hereafter set forth, The Parties agree as follows:
