Contract Type FiledFebruary 6th, 2024The City of Albuquerque (“City”) requires any Shared Active Transportation Program Operator to be registered and permitted in order to operate in the public right-of-way, pursuant to Part 8-3-5 of the Code of Ordinances (O-18-29, enactment no. O-2018-021). This Shared Active Transportation Permit and Agreement must be completed, agreed to, and submitted to the City Planning Department for review. The City Planning Director (or his/her designee) will review the completed application and determine whether it meets the City’s minimum requirements for permitting and operation. The Planning Director shall, in his/her sole discretion, either approve or deny the Permit. Where the Permit is denied, an explanation of the decision shall be provided.
