Continued use of Colorado Courts E-Filing requires compliance with these terms and conditions as modified, updated, or altered at the Colorado Judicial Department’s sole discretion. Any such changes or updates are effective immediately unless otherwise noted and User's continued use after any change indicates acceptance of all changes.
