No. 17, Pages 5566 through 5702, January 23, 2013] and, in order to satisfy the electronic storage requirements of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act as incorporated in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (hereinafter referred to as “HITECH”), and any applicable state confidentiality laws.
