This Agreement is by and between Illinois Bell Telephone Company, Indiana Bell Telephone Company, Incorporated, Wisconsin Bell, Inc. d/b/a Ameritech Wisconsin (“Telco”) and Heartland Communications (“Carrier”) (collectively, the “Parties”) for Interconnection for a paging Commercial Mobile Radio Services provider under Sections 251 and 252 of the Act.
