This End User Subscription Agreement, including exhibits (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Mirantis, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with offices at 900 E. Hamilton Ave., Suite 650, Campbell, CA 95008, USA (“Mirantis”), and the purchaser of Mirantis Subscription Services who has accepted the Agreement by clicking its assent or using, accessing or consuming the Software or Subscription Services (“Customer”). The effective date of the Agreement shall be the earlier of the date Customer uses the Software or Subscription Services, or date of clicking the assent (“Effective Date”).
