The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain a harmonious relationship between the Board, its employees and the Union; to provide an amicable and equitable method of settling grievances or differences which might arise; to maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions and wages for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
