The following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), together with the applicable Order Form entered into by and between you (“Employer”) and Stryder Corp. dba “Handshake”, a Delaware corporation (“Handshake”, and together with Employer, each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) form an agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Handshake and Employer regarding Employer’s use of one or more of the Premium Employer Services set forth on the Order Form (the “Premium Services”). In the event of a conflict between the Order Form and these Terms and Conditions, the Order Form shall control.
