entered into and made effective the 1st day of July, 2016, irrespective of when signed, by and between the School Board of Brevard County, Florida, (hereinafter referred to as the Board”), and Wayne Ivey, in his capacity as the Sheriff of Brevard County, Florida, a County Constitutional Officer and a County Charter Officer, (hereinafter referred to as the “Sheriff”). The Board and the Sheriff are herein collectively referred as the “Parties” and individually referred to as a “Party.”
