THIS AGREEMENT, which shall become effective as of December 1, 2000 (“Effective Date”) is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Savannah CLEC Networks, Inc., d/b/a LineDrive Communications of Savannah, (“LineDrive”), a Delaware corporation. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or LineDrive Communications or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
