This Second Amendment to the Agreement for a Web Content Management System for the Police Department between the City of San José (hereinafter “City”), a California municipal corporation, and Granicus, Inc. (hereinafter “Contractor”), a California corporation, is entered into on the date of execution by City (“Effective Date”). Each of City and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
