THIS REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of March, 2004, by and between the CITY OF ROLLA, MISSOURI (the “City”), a municipal corporation of the State of Missouri, and KAPLAN REAL ESTATE CO., INC., a Missouri corporation (the “Developer”). (All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed in Article I of this Agreement.)
