This Agreement made and entered into on this 10th _ day of _May , 2010 by and between the Township of Lawrence, in the County of Mercer, a Municipal Corporation in the State of New Jersey (hereinafter referred to as the “Township”), and the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”), represents the complete and final understanding on all bargainable issues between the Township and the Union and is designed to maintain and promote a harmonious relationship between the Township and such of its employees in the job titles listed in Appendix A, in order that more efficient and progressive public services may be rendered.
