This tri-party interlocal agreement, (“ILA”) is entered into by and among City of Dallas, a Texas home-rule municipality with its principal place of business in Dallas, Texas; the Dallas Independent School District (“Dallas ISD”), a Texas political subdivision providing secondary education; and Dallas College (“Dallas College” or “College Partner”), a Texas political subdivision of higher education (collectively, the “Parties” and collectively, excluding the City of Dallas, the “Education Parties”), and sets forth the roles of the various parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways to Technology Early College High School (“P-TECH”) model throughout Dallas ISD (the “Program”)
