This Coveo Customer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and Coveo (as defined under Section 18.1). If you are agreeing to this Agreement not as an individual but on behalf of your company or other legal entity, then the terms “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. Under this Agreement, Coveo and you will each be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
