This Administrative Settlement Agreement is entered on the day of , 2012, by and between: Pyro Spectaculars, Inc. (“PSI”); Astro Pyrotechnics, Inc. (“Astro”); Thomas O. Peters (“Peters”); 1996 Thomas O. Peters and Kathleen S. Peters Revocable Trust (“Peters Trust”); Stonehurst Site, LLC (“SSLLC”); Trojan Fireworks Company (“Trojan”) (collectively the "Settling Parties"), the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Santa Ana Region (the "Santa Ana Regional Board"), and the State Water Resources Control Board (the “State Water Board”). The Santa Ana Regional Board and the State Water Board are collectively the “Water Boards,” and the Settling Parties and the Water Boards are collectively the "Parties."
