I, the undersigned employee (“Employee”), have read the District’s Emergency Telecommuting Protocols and this Emergency Telecommuting Agreement (“ETA” or “Agreement”) in their entirety and I agree to abide by the terms and conditions they contain. I understand and agree that the ETA is temporary and contingent upon approval. Approval does not imply entitlement to a permanently modified position or a continued telecommuting arrangement.
