Participants & Parents/Guardians Agreement to Accept & Abide by the Rules of the Program Players and parents/guardians participating in Summit Futbol Club (SFC) are exercising a privilege afforded to them as registered members of US Soccer, the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA), the Vermont Soccer Association (VSA) and SFC. Players and parents or guardians are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that positively represents their team, the club and all affiliated organizations. The guidelines/rules below apply to all activities associated with your participation in SFC.
