THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of April, 2022, by and between Hunt Brothers Properties, Inc., a Colorado corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Owner”, and the City of Evans, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as "Evans" or "City."
